Rooted in traditional yoga practice, our classes preserve the structure and discipline of classic systems while adapting thoughtfully to modern students. New students are welcome in all classes unless otherwise noted.

HOT CLASSES

105° and 30% Humidity

90 Minutes 

A traditional 26+2 style hot yoga class, taught with precision, clarity, and deep respect for its original structure. Focus, concentrate, stretch, and balance as you build whole-body strength, spinal health, endurance, improved sleep, and mental clarity.

60 or 75 Minutes

Blends the structure and discipline of traditional hot yoga with strength-building movement, balance work, and conditioning drawn from multiple movement traditions. Expect a focused class with a steady, rhythmic pace that develops mobility, stability and endurance.

100° and 30% Humidity
45 or 60 Minutes

A blend of classical and contemporary pilates with strength training, cardio intervals, and full-body conditioning. Grounded in alignment, control, and breath, this high-energy heated practice builds strength, endurance, coordination, and resilience.

 Hold grounding postures for 3-5 minutes each in this deeply relaxing, mediative class. Develop flexibility, improve your soft tissue health.
