New Autumn Schedule: Starts Monday, September 27th

It's Fall y'all! As the season shifts, so does the schedule at Bonfire. Read below for reminders about the upcoming changes to your yoga schedule:

• Your 4:00 PM classes Monday through Thursday are shifting slightly to start at 4:30 PM.

• Sunday Yin classes are moving from 6:30 PM to 6:00 PM.

• We've added more 9:00 AM Hot 90 classes, so they're available throughout the week, Monday through Friday.

• Additionally, you now have the chance to attend a full two hour Advanced 84 Series class on Sundays from 12:00 to 2:00 PM.

We are embarking on our second Yoga Teacher Training through our IGNITE Teacher Training Program: a 50-Hour Yin week-long Intensive!

While the practice of yoga asana tends to focus on the Yang nature, an equally if not greater power is sure to be found in the Yin practice, as we pull our focus to the inner world. Led by Seth Brown, & drawing from experts in our community such as Jordan Lydia Verla & Maui Ramos, this training will prepare you to lead students through a Yin class, to settle down & turn in.

No prior teaching experience required, all are welcome! Deepen your knowledge of Yin Yoga & its origins, & learn to voice your practice clearly & authentically. Learn about the postures, breath, anatomy, ethics, history (and more!) of Yin Yoga. Please feel free to email, message, or comment if you have any questions. We hope you’ll join us!

Every Autumn we get excited about the October yoga challenge! PLUS, this year you have two options to participate!

𝟑𝟎 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚!
The original challenge! From October 1st through October 30th, attend 30 yoga classes. Keep an eye out for the challenge board in the lobby -- add your name and you'll be all set to begin the challenge.

• To fulfill the 30-day option, attend 30 classes between October 1st through October 31st. Add your name to the challenge board in the lobby, and check off each class you attend.
• To fulfill the BINGO option, complete four weeks worth of yoga, completing a BINGO pattern on each of the official BINGO sheets, available at the studio.
• Eligible classes must be on the schedule, livestreams included.
• Fulfill either challenge and you will automatically be entered to win prizes! (Plus you will enjoy the countless benefits of a consistent yoga practice.)

Gong meditation is excellent therapy for stress, depression, anxiety, fatigue, and many of the ailments that plague modern life. Gong carries you into a meditative state and supports integrative healing of the whole self. Gong vibrations revitalize the glandular and nervous systems, clear the mind, and balance our energetic systems, working at the deepest cellular levels.

In this class, you will experience a healing gong bath, crystal bowls, chimes, drum, tibetan bowls, and vocals sound, supported and integrated by guided meditation, gentle warm-ups, pranayama or singing of mantras.

Please feel welcome and encouraged for family, friends, and community to join, no yoga experience needed. If you prefer, you may bring your own easy to carry, cozy items from home that will support your comfort during the sound healing.
